About the Habitat for Humanity of the Lowcountry's TURKEY TROT 5K

The course runs through downtown Beaufort and crosses a bridge, which gets blocked off for the race. That detail shapes the whole morning: traffic builds early, and the organizer is direct about planning ahead. Dogs and strollers are welcome, though dogs need a standard fixed-length lead.

Packet pickup is the day before at a local running store on Boundary Street, with race-morning pickup available as a backup for those who missed it. The downtown marina parking lot is the closest reference point, but arrive with time to spare given the road closure nearby.
