The Gobble and Go is a mental health awareness race held at Chappapeela Sports Park in Hammond. The course is a 5k run and walk, so people move at their own pace. The race is organized around a real theme, raising awareness about stress, depression, grief, and anxiety, which gives the morning a purpose beyond just the distance.
