About the Fleet Feet Training - The Long Run
This is a supported long training run in Chicago, structured as a final dress rehearsal before marathon day. Pacers and coaches run alongside the group, and aid stations with water and sports drink are spaced out across the course. It sits at the heavy end of marathon prep, so the field skews toward people deep in a training cycle.
After the run, Athletico provides compression boots, stretching, and massage on site. Food and drinks are out as well, which matters when you have just done a serious morning of work.
