The course starts and finishes at Yokuts Park, a flat route that tends to attract runners chasing a personal best. The surrounding park setting keeps things straightforward, no technical turns or significant elevation to manage. Post-race, there are tacos, aguas frescas, and pan dulce, along with folklorico dance performances that give the finish area a distinctly festive character.
Packet pickup runs early on race morning at the park. Kids races are part of the morning as well, so the start area draws families alongside solo runners.
