About the District 4 Building Futures ACTIVATE 5K
The course runs through a campus setting in San Antonio, with parking areas close enough to the route that exits stay blocked until the last runners have passed. The start area includes an opening ceremony before the gun goes off, and a vendor village anchors the event site on race morning.
Packet pickup runs on the two days before the race at a pair of Academy Sports and Outdoors locations around the city, with a morning-of option at the vendor village. Parking on site fills early, and latecomers are directed to overflow or street parking outside the campus grounds.
