About the 2026 Day of the Dead 5K
The course runs through LaFortune Park, starting at the Southeast Pavilion on the south side of Tulsa. The race is tied to Día de los Muertos, so expect costumes and cultural touches alongside the running. Proceeds go toward Mita's Foundation's work with children and families in Peru, and a portion also supports a local school running club.
The start area is at the Southeast Pavilion in LaFortune Park. Food, refreshments, music, and entertainment are part of the morning after the run wraps up, and prize money goes to top finishers.
