About the Como La Flor 5K. 10K, Half Marathon by Califlow Runs
The course runs along the Long Beach waterfront on certified road, which keeps things mostly flat with ocean views the whole way. Several distance options make it workable for a range of goals, and dogs and strollers are both welcome on the course.
A DJ and a finish line celebration are part of the plan, so the area after the finish has some noise and energy to it. Race photos are included, and age group awards are on offer for those who want to race it.
