About the Chrysalis House 5K Run/Walk
The course runs on a closed route at the R. J. Corman Railroad Group headquarters, so there is no traffic to deal with. Cash prizes go to the top finishers, with random drawings rounding out the awards. Churned banana ice cream and fruit are at the finish.
Early packet pickup is the evening before at the Chrysalis Community Center in Lexington, where you can also collect for friends and family without any extra paperwork. Race-morning pickup is available as well, though the early option avoids the pre-start rush.
