This race benefits a local counseling and medical clinic that supports women facing unplanned pregnancies in the area. The shorter distance is aimed at younger kids and families, while the longer route is a standard road race open to all paces. Both start from the same site, so groups can run different distances and still finish together.

Registration opens on-site race morning, so you do not need to sort everything out in advance. Afterward, there is a post-race party with food and music, and the whole setup is meant to carry families through from start to finish without much rushing around.
