About the Boone Brave Run
The course starts inside a high school stadium and winds through residential streets shaded by trees, passing through several older Orlando neighborhoods built around parks and lakes. The road surface is smooth throughout, and the route stays fairly flat. The race draws students, alumni, and families, so the crowd on course reflects that mix.
Packet pickup runs the two mornings and afternoons before the race at the school's front office, with an additional evening pickup at a nearby bar and restaurant. On race morning, parking is available in student and faculty lots off two separate streets near the school.
