About the Thanksgiving Day 5 Miler / 5 K & One Mile Fun Run
The courses start at a shopping center and head out through township streets toward a park, where the longer distance loops through before returning to the start. The shorter run goes out and back. It is a Thanksgiving morning race, so the crowd is heavy with families, and there is a fastest-family award for teams who register together under a shared name.
Packet pickup happens the day before at a Nissan dealership in Fairless Hills, with race-morning pickup also available at the shopping center near the start. The race runs rain or shine, and a local running club has been putting it on for decades.
