About the Atlanta Jingle Bell Jog
The course runs through Piedmont Park, starting near the Charles Allen entrance off tenth, and the crowd is mostly people who showed up in Santa suits. That is not a figure of speech: every participant gets a full Santa costume and small bells to loop onto their shoes, so the field looks and sounds exactly like you would expect.
Packet pickup runs the day before the race at a running store on Peachtree Street, with race-morning pickup available at the start area in the park. The store offers a bit of free parking during pickup hours.
