About the Annapolis Running Festival

The course is billed as fair but genuinely challenging, so expect some hills rather than a cruise. It is rooted in Annapolis, and the route has enough to it that runners talk about the terrain afterward.

Packet pickup happens at several locations across the region in the days before the race, including a local oyster bar and a couple of running stores, with a final pickup at the race venue the day before. There is no race-morning pickup, so plan ahead or arrange for a friend to grab your bib.
