About the Annapolis Turkey Trot
The course runs through downtown Annapolis on Thanksgiving morning. It is not chip-timed, though there is a clock at the finish line so you will have a rough split. Turkey costumes are a real part of the culture here, and prizes go to the best ones, so showing up in full regalia is not unusual. Strollers and dogs are welcome.
The race benefits Girls on the Run Greater Chesapeake and is put on by the local Fleet Feet. Packet pickup details and parking follow whatever Fleet Feet communicates closer to race day, so keep an eye on their announcements.
