About the Annapolis RUN for The Light House
The course runs through Quiet Waters Park and into the Hillsmere Shores neighborhood along the Chesapeake Bay. The terrain follows park trails, and the half marathon route takes runners out into the waterfront community before looping back. Bib colors separate the two distances at the point where the courses split, so volunteers can direct runners without confusion.
Packet pickup runs the day before at The Light House shelter on Hudson Street, set up as a drive-through. You stay in your car and someone brings your packet to you. The race itself starts from the Sassafras Pavilion inside the park, and a post-race breakfast is served at the finish.
