About the AGAPE Run 4 Love 5K

The course runs through Shirley Clarke Franklin Park on Atlanta's west side. The park setting keeps things shaded and away from traffic, and the route is suited to a range of paces. The race benefits Agape's work with families in the area, so the crowd reflects that, with kids' runs earlier in the morning before the main event gets going.

Parking is in the lot directly next to the race site, but another event shares the park that morning, so arriving early is worth doing. Use the second entrance to reach the lot closest to the start. Packet pickup and day-of registration open before the start, and an awards ceremony wraps things up before the course closes.
