This Thanksgiving morning race starts and finishes outside a fitness studio on Diversey Avenue. The course is a walk or run, and the organizers welcome strollers, costumes, and dogs on leashes, so the field tends to look a little more like a neighborhood parade than a typical road race. A DJ runs music at the start area.
