Who It Suits

This suits beginners, walkers, and people who want a social run without a training plan attached. If you're chasing structured workouts or racing against a group, this isn't set up for that, the club is upfront that it's not built for competitive training.

What a Run With Them Is Like

Pace is all paces, non-competitive, so nobody's clocking you against a plan. You'll cover road and trail terrain, and distances vary rather than following a fixed route each week. Walkers are explicitly part of the group, not an afterthought.

Your First Run

Show up Tuesday at 6:30 PM to the Spooner parking lot at 15800 N Litchfield Rd. Bring water. There's no sign-up or membership required to join in, so you can just arrive and go. Given the mix of runners and walkers and the non-competitive pace, showing up slow or unsure isn't something you need to overthink here.
