About This Club

Run With Us Pasadena is a free Monday night group run organized out of a running store on North Lake Ave. They put out three options every week, a 2-mile walk, a 4-mile run, and a 6-mile run, so you are not choosing between keeping up or staying home.

Who It Suits

This works well if you are new to running, coming back after a break, or simply want a no-pressure weeknight run with other people around you. If you are training for something specific and need a structured workout with pace targets or coached intervals, this social format probably is not what you are looking for.

What a Run With Them Is Like

You meet at 235 N Lake Ave at 6 PM on Mondays, and on the first Monday of each month the whole group relocates to the Rose Bowl instead. The routes cover road and urban streets, with the Rose Bowl loop on those first-Monday nights. Because three distance options go out together, faster runners are not waiting on slower ones and slower runners are not chasing faster ones.

Your First Run

Show up at the store parking lot at 235 N Lake Ave by 6 PM, or at the Rose Bowl if it happens to be the first Monday of the month. You do not need to register, pay, or be a store member beforehand, just show up.

Pick the 2-mile walk or the 4-mile run your first time out if you are unsure where you fit, nobody is tracking your choice. Turning up alone is normal here, the whole point of a store-based run like this is that strangers walk in off the street every week.
