About This Club
Fleet Feet Seattle's Run Crew is based out of their Ballard store on 22nd Ave NW and has been running together for over eight years. It draws a mostly 25-40 crowd, typically 15 to 25 people on a given night, and covers 3 to 6 miles on Seattle roads twice a week. If you are newer to running or just looking for a no-pressure midweek reason to get out the door, this is built for that.

What a Run With Them Is Like
Runs go out on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from the Fleet Feet Ballard store. The terrain is pavement - expect neighborhood roads rather than trails. Distance lands somewhere between 3 and 6 miles depending on the night, and the group runs at inclusive paces, meaning you are not going to be the only one who is not racing. After the run, there is an optional hangout at the store if you feel like sticking around.
Your First Run
Show up to Fleet Feet Ballard at 5404 22nd Ave NW and arrive a little early so you can catch the group intro before everyone heads out. You do not need to register or pay anything - just show up.
Walkers are welcome, and the pace is set up so that newer runners are not left behind. If you are already a Seattle Running Club member, bring your ID because there are store discounts tied to that.

Common Questions About Fleet Feet Seattle
Do I have to pay or sign up before showing up?
No. It is free and there is no membership required to run with them. Just show up to the Ballard store on a Tuesday or Thursday evening.
What if I need to walk or I am slower than everyone else?
Walkers are welcome, and they describe the paces as inclusive. You are not going to be holding up a group of people gunning for a PR.
What exactly is the run time in the evening? Is it 6pm, 7pm?
They list it as an evening run but do not nail down a specific start time here. Check with the Fleet Feet Ballard store directly before you head over so you are not standing outside an empty storefront.
Can I bring my dog or push a stroller?
Dogs and strollers are not part of this one. Leave the pup at home for this run.
What are the store perks and do I need to do anything to get them?
Store discounts are available for Seattle Running Club members. If that is you, bring your ID to the run. If you are not an SRC member yet, you can still run for free - you just would not get the discount.
Where this comes from: Club details come from each club’s own channels (their site, Meetup, Strava and social posts) and are checked by hand. Group runs move, so confirm the meeting spot on the club’s latest post before you head out. Last updated April 2026.
