About the Zoom Turkey Trot

The course runs along Coyote Creek trail, an out-and-back on a paved path through parkland. It is a Thanksgiving morning race, and the field turns out for a chance to win a turkey at the finish. The trail is flat and open, which draws a wide range of paces.

Everything happens at Hellyer County Park. Check-in opens race morning at the Buena Vista Pavilion, and the organizers ask you to arrive well before your start. There is a parking fee at the park gate, so bring exact change. You can leave non-valuables near the start if you need to.
