About the Zeta Iota Waterfront Wellness 5K
The course runs along the Portsmouth waterfront, starting at Festival Park. The path is flat and follows the water, so there are open views for most of the route. It draws people who want to move at their own pace on a morning by the river, and the setting does most of the work.
After finishing, there is food from a couple of vendors near the start area, including a food truck focused on nutritious options and a smoothie stand. Both are set up for participants and people who come out to watch.
