About the Zena Road Runs
The Zena Road Runs take place at Noble Mountain Tree Farm, a working tree farm on a gravel road outside Salem. The terrain and setting make it feel more like a trail outing than a road race, with natural surroundings rather than pavement and curbs. Several distance options share the same start and finish area, so the field is spread across the morning.
Parking is on the tree farm property, right next to the start and finish, so there is no shuttle or long walk in. Packet pickup opens a couple of hours before the gun. Day-of registration cuts off before the start, so arriving early is worth it. Note that the course is not open to dogs or strollers.
