This Halloween-day fun run goes through Riverfront City Park in Salem. The event is untimed, and there is no requirement to reach the finish, so people turn around whenever they feel like it. Costumes are part of the deal, dogs included, and strollers are welcome on the course.
Parking is available in the Water Street lot nearby, with overflow near the carousel. The starting line area is the place to get sorted before the run, so arriving a bit early helps.
