About the Wolfdog Moon
The course runs along the Trinity River in the heart of Fort Worth, and it feels genuinely remote once you are out there. Underfoot it is mostly grass and gravel jeep track with some pavement mixed in, and there is one real climb per loop. The whole thing happens at night, timed around the full moon, so you are running in the dark with the city somewhere nearby.
Packet pickup runs at a local running shop a couple of evenings before the race, with a second pickup at the course on race night before the start. Water and sports drink are available at the start and finish area.
