About the Wheeler Mission Drumstick Dash

The Drumstick Dash runs through the Broad Ripple neighborhood on Thanksgiving morning, starting at the entrance to Broad Ripple Park and finishing along Broad Ripple Avenue near the Monon Trail. The course is mostly flat with a single water stop along the way. Both distance options are timed, and proceeds support Wheeler Mission's work with people experiencing homelessness in Indianapolis.

Packet pickup the day before takes place at the Indiana State Fairgrounds expo, which runs most of the day. Race-morning pickup is available at a church in Broad Ripple for a small fee, from early morning until close to the start. Parking and shuttle information is posted separately through the race organizers.
