About the Unity Events (Run From Zombies)
This is a zombie chase race held at a waterfront park in Saint Petersburg. Participants run a loop course as either survivors trying to protect their flag belts or zombies trying to strip them away. There are divisions for kids, teens, adults, and teams, with a points system built around flags kept and flags taken.
The event runs in the late afternoon, which sets the tone. Teams need a name, survivors need their flags, and pace seeding matters: running faster than your registered division gets you disqualified. A getaway pass mechanic adds a strategic wrinkle for teams willing to plan ahead.
