About the 2026 Turkey Trot 5K and Gobble Wobble Kids Mile
The course starts outside the football stadium on a university campus and takes you through the grounds before picking up a paved multi-use trail along Stone Dam Creek. That stretch runs through wooded land and crosses a pedestrian bridge over a busy road before reaching the turnaround and heading back. Strollers are welcome; bikes and pets are not.
Packet pickup runs at the United Way office on Main Street for several days before the race, with hours extending through the morning of the day before. Race-morning pickup is also available at the stadium before the start. Race-day registration is handled by phone, so a credit or debit card is all you need.
