About the 3rd Annual Ghost-to-Gobble 1-Mile, 5k, & 8k

The course winds through a university campus, passing a football stadium, a performance hall, a historic fountain, and a creek. It is a road race with recognizable landmarks around nearly every turn, which keeps the route interesting even on a flat surface. Local animal shelters bring adoptable dogs and cats to the finish area, so there is reason to stick around after you cross.

Packet pickup runs on the two evenings before the race at an alumni hall on campus, with a short window at the start line on race morning. Several campus parking lots are available nearby, though the lot closest to the baseball stadium may be tighter that afternoon due to a football game.
