About the Tulare Santa Fe Trail-A-Thon 5k
The course runs along the Santa Fe Trail through Tulare, starting and finishing at Live Oak Park. The trail setting keeps things straightforward, no technical terrain to worry about, and the park gives spectators a comfortable place to gather before and after. The race is put on by a local Rotary club, with proceeds going toward high school scholarships.
Bib pickup happens on-site the morning of the race, so there is no need to get anything the day before. The park has open space around the start and finish area. Age group awards go several levels deep, and the top male and female finishers each take home a trophy and a gift card.
