About the Trot with Tracy's for CASA
The race runs through Bastrop and benefits CASA BFL, the local court-appointed advocacy program for children in the child welfare system. All proceeds go directly to that organization. The course is a road race with a generous window to finish, so runners of most paces will feel comfortable going out.
The after-party sets up at Fisherman's Park, where local food and beverage vendors gather once the running is done. A raffle announcement is part of the post-race program, so there is reason to stick around after you cross the line.
