About the Triangle Run Smart Fall 2026 Kids Race
This is a track meet for kids, held on a middle school track and field in Cary. Children race short distances on the track, broken into age groups, while others play running games on the inner field while they wait. Coaches from the organizing program run the whole event, and parents watch from the stands.
Popsicles and drinks are available during and after the races. Sign-in happens just before the event opens, and children need to be signed out at the end. The event is primarily for Triangle Run Smart Training participants, though spots may open to others if space remains.
