This road race moves through downtown Toledo, tracing the Maumee River and passing through Promenade Park. The route stays on pavement the whole way, and the surroundings are urban without feeling industrial. It is tied to a Jeep festival happening the same weekend, so the crowd along the course has a different energy than a typical road race morning.
