About the Wurst 5K & 1 Mile Brat Trot
This one is tied to the Oktoberfest street festival in downtown Kent, starting and finishing at Heritage Park just below where the main celebration is held. It is untimed, costumes are encouraged, and the crowd leans toward people who came for the brat and the pretzel necklace as much as the route itself.
Post-race means stepping right into the festival, where brats and drinks are part of the deal. Packet pickup and registration both happen at the start area on race morning, so there is no separate trip the day before.
