About the One Birthday: Let’s Run!
The course runs through Fred Fuller Park, sharing the trail with whoever else happens to be out that morning. It is not chip-timed, so there is no pressure to push a pace, and the organizers plan to have photos taken along the route and at the finish.
This race started as a birthday party among best friends who also happen to coach cross country, and that energy carries through the morning. The start has a small wrinkle worth knowing: the organizers head out a few minutes before the general field, then everyone else follows shortly after.
