About the Monster Dash 5k

The course runs through Glacier Ridge Metro Park, so expect paved and natural surfaces through open green space with plenty of room to spread out. Costumes are part of the culture here. This is a Halloween race in a park setting, and most participants show up dressed for it, which shapes the whole morning's atmosphere.

Packet pickup runs the evening before at a local running store, with a race-morning window at the park as well. No pets on the course, though trained service animals are welcome.
