About the Holiday Half Marathon!
The course runs along a waterfront promenade in Bay Ridge, looping the same stretch of shoreline several times. It is a road race with no meaningful elevation, and the views carry you through: the Verrazano Bridge overhead, Lower Manhattan across the water, and the Statue of Liberty visible in the distance. The finish line sits at the American Veterans Memorial Pier.
Bib pickup is race morning only, so arriving early gives you time to check a bag, warm up, and settle in before the start. Baggage check is right next to bib pickup. The multi-loop course means spectators can catch you more than once from the same spot along the promenade.

The Holiday Half Marathon! has been held every year since at least 2025. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
