About the Glow Run at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo
The course winds through Cleveland Metroparks Zoo after dark, along illuminated pathways past glowing displays that are part of the zoo's Asian Lantern Festival. Runners move through parts of the zoo that are normally just background scenery, and the light installations change what a familiar place looks like. Neon gear fits right in here.
Packet pickup opens in the evening before the first wave goes off. Spectators need to purchase zoo entry separately, even with a zoo membership, and the box office is closed that night, so tickets have to be bought online in advance. Strollers are welcome; dogs are not.
