About the Feast Thanksgiving Day Run/Walk
The course runs out-and-back through downtown Rochester, starting at the arena on the edge of downtown and heading toward a university campus before turning back. The road surface is smooth and the route stays flat the whole way, which makes it a reasonable choice for anyone who wants to move fast the morning of Thanksgiving. A kids fun run goes off before the main events.
Packet pickup happens at a local running store in the days before the race, during daytime hours. The store runs race-week sales during that window. There is also a short race-morning pickup period at the start area, though the organizers push hard for runners to go early. Several parking garages and street options sit close to the start.

How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
