About the Bull Run (Midland)

The course starts and finishes at Emerson Park, routing out along the Tridge, the three-legged pedestrian bridge that crosses the rivers here in Midland. The start and finish line is set on a ball diamond, and the baseball connection is intentional: the race honors a father lost to ALS, and crossing home plate at the finish carries real meaning for the people who put it on.

Packet pickup happens race morning in the park before the start. There is also a short kids' run for children, which goes off before the main event.
