About the 7th Annual Tell Robert 5k Walk/Run
The race runs along the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, a paved oceanside path with the water on one side and beach shops on the other. It is a flat, out-and-back style route where walkers and runners share the course equally, and the beach setting keeps the mood easy even if the cause behind it is a serious one.
A virtual option lets people participate from anywhere on their own schedule, whether on a treadmill or a neighborhood loop. The race is organized by a law firm foundation that raises money for mental health and addiction awareness programs, so there is real weight behind the morning, not just a finish line.
