About the Razom Freedom Run 5K
The course runs along Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, a wide oceanfront path that keeps the water on one side for the whole route. It is a road race but the setting feels open rather than urban, with beach air and early morning light. The event has a Ukrainian cultural angle, founded by a Ukrainian Olympian, and the post-race area includes traditional Ukrainian food and live folk music and dance.
Packet pickup opens very early on race morning, so there is no need to come the night before. Parking is available in the beach parking garages near the start at Charnow Park. The post-race celebration stays on-site, so you can linger for the awards and the cultural performances without going far.
