About the Te'Andra Tough 5K Amber for Awareness of Appendix Cancer
The course runs through White River State Park and loops around the canal, returning to where it started. The surroundings are park paths rather than roads, which keeps the feel open and unhurried. This is a walk-oriented event built around raising awareness for appendix cancer, so the pace on course reflects that.
The park has a garage on site, which puts you close to the start. The route begins and ends in the same spot, so there is no real distance between your car and the start line.
