About the Tardy Turkey Trot
The course runs through downtown Estes Park and finishes at the Event Center, where the Catch the Glow Parade passes by shortly after. It is timed around the parade, so the finish line has a built-in reason to linger. Strollers are welcome, and the route stays on downtown streets the whole way.
Downtown parking fills fast on parade day, so the organizers suggest leaving your car at the Event Center and riding a free seasonal shuttle to the start. That way you finish steps from where you parked. Post-race food is set up at the Event Center while the parade wraps up around you.
