About the Tache Realty Wicked Half Marathon

The course runs through Salem and into Marblehead, so the scenery shifts from harbor-side streets to coastal views as the miles go on. Aid stations are spaced regularly throughout, stocked with water and sports drink, and the stop at Devereux Beach adds Gu and restrooms to the mix. Volunteers are out in force.

Packet pickup runs the two days before the race at a gym inside Shetland Park, with a backup option at the start on race morning. After finishing, there is an assortment of homemade food and packaged snacks on site, coffee, and a beer tent from a local brewery. Downtown Salem is a short walk away for anyone staying on.
