About the T-Strong Summer Dash and 1-Mile Fun Run
The race runs through Buckeye Woods Park, benefiting children fighting cancer in the area. There are a couple of distance options, so it draws a range of runners and walkers alike. The park setting keeps things shaded and calm, with a post-race gathering under the pavilion where donuts and coffee are set out.
Packet pickup opens on race morning at the park itself, so there is no separate trip the day before. The pavilion is the hub before and after, which keeps everything in one spot.

The T-Strong Summer Dash and 1-Mile Fun Run has been held every year since at least 2019. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
