About the T-Bred 5K and 1 Mile Trot
The course starts and finishes on a walking track, then heads out onto historic roads through one of Aiken's equestrian areas. It is flat, open terrain with a horse-country feel to it. Dogs on leash and strollers are both welcome, and walkers show up alongside runners.
Packet pickup happens race morning at Virginia Acres Park before the start. The park is the hub for the whole event, with both distances starting close together. The race benefits the cross country and track programs at South Aiken High School.
