The course runs through a park on dirt and gravel, so trail shoes or something with a bit of grip will serve you better than road flats. The race is clothing optional, and the minimum age to register is eighteen. After the race, the park stays open with a pool and live entertainment, and the entry price covers the rest of your day there.
