The Summer Sizzler runs early in the morning, before the heat has a chance to settle in. Results and age group awards are posted at the registration tent as finishers come in, so you do not have to wait around long to see where you landed.
Packet pickup is available the evening before at a local running store, with race-morning pickup opening well before the start. A kids dash runs just before the main event, drawing families to the start area.
