About the Stars and Strides 5K - Delaware
This is a Veterans Day themed road race held in Newark, with the course and surrounding activities centered on honoring veterans and active military. The race has a purposeful feel to it, more civic gathering than pure running event, and the morning reflects that.
Bib pickup and registration happen race morning before the start, so there is no need to come the day before. After the race, the event continues with family-friendly activities and vendors on site throughout the day.
